Women strength training at Well&Studio
Well&Studio: Strength Training Designed for Women

Strong for today.
And everything ahead.

Expert-led strength training in intentionally small groups of no more than six people. Thoughtful programming and individualized coaching help you build strength and confidence for the life you love.

Why strength matters

Strength changes what's possible.

We naturally lose muscle and bone density as we age. Strength training can help slow that decline, supporting your health, independence, and ability to stay active over time.

Build and preserve muscle

Support your metabolism and mobility, and stay capable for life outside the studio.

Support bone health

Progressive resistance training helps maintain strong, resilient bones.

Feel strong in your body

Build the strength and confidence to move through everyday life with ease.

Keep doing what you love

Hike. Ski. Travel. Carry groceries. Play with your kids or grandkids. Live the life you love.

The Well&Studio approach

Strength training, done differently.

Six people. On purpose.

Small groups give your coach time to watch how you move, correct form, offer feedback, and make adjustments in real time.

Programming that progresses.

Key movements repeat throughout each training cycle to build consistency, improve technique, and gradually increase the challenge.

Coaching that fits you.

Every movement can be adjusted for your experience, injuries, and goals, so you feel challenged, supported, and confident in every session.

Women strength training with coach at Well&Studio
Personal by design

One program. Individualized for you.

Everyone trains from the same thoughtfully designed program, but not necessarily in exactly the same way.

Your coach can adjust the movement, weight, range of motion, or progression based on where you are. Have an old injury? New to strength training? Ready to lift heavier? We meet you there.

You train together. Your coaching is personal.

Small Group Training

Strength training that fits your life.

Consistency builds strength, and the best routine is one you can sustain. One studio session each week is a meaningful way to build the habit. Two to three strength sessions each week is the goal, whether you train with us in the studio, use the at home programming in the app, or combine both. Every session counts, and whenever you train with us, you'll have expert coaching to help you progress.

Personal Training

For specific goals and seasons.

Small Group Training is at the heart of Well&Studio. However, we understand there are times when your training needs something different. One-on-one coaching can be especially helpful when returning from an injury, training for a race or event, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or working toward a specific goal.

Sessions are $150/each.

FAQ

Your questions, answered.

Is Well&Studio only for women?

Well&Studio is designed around women's bodies and life stages. From barbells sized for smaller hands to chest support pads, our equipment makes strength training more comfortable and progression more approachable.

Our coaches understand pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. While designed with women in mind, everyone is welcome.

I have never lifted weights. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Many clients come to Well&Studio to learn how to strength train. Your coach will teach proper technique, help you choose appropriate weights, and make adjustments so you can build strength and confidence.

Some clients prefer to start with one or two Personal Training sessions for more individualized instruction before joining Small Group Training.

Not sure where to start?

Ready to train? Our Introductory 4 Pack gives you four sessions to experience our approach and get comfortable in the studio.

If you have questions before getting started, reach out to hello@wellandboulder.com and we'll be happy to help.

Does everyone do the same workout?

Everyone follows the same thoughtfully designed program, but your training is individualized. Your coach can adjust the movement, weight, range of motion, or progression based on your experience, injuries, and goals.

How often should I train?

If you are new to strength training, once a week is a great place to start. As you build confidence, training two to three times per week gives you more opportunities to practice, progress, and get stronger.

The best schedule is one you can maintain consistently.

Should I train on the same days each week?

Ideally, yes. Each day of the week has its own primary and secondary lifts that repeat throughout the training month. So if you typically train on Mondays, you'll build on the same key Monday lifts week to week, gradually increasing the challenge as you get stronger. That progression is how strength is built.

But life happens. Travel, sick kids, work, and changing schedules are part of it. Train on a different day when you need to. Consistency over time matters more than a perfect schedule.

Why does Small Group Training cost more?

Small Group Training bridges the gap between traditional group fitness and Personal Training. Sessions are limited to six people, so you get the coaching and attention you need to train with proper form, choose the right weights, and make meaningful progress.

You get significantly more individualized coaching than in traditional group fitness, at a price point below Personal Training, while still getting the energy and connection of training alongside a few others.

What does the at-home programming include?

You will have access to our strength programming through the app, making it easier to stay consistent when you are at home or traveling. Your workouts follow the same training approach and can be adapted based on the equipment available to you.
